Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

CloseOut Items- There is a No Exchange, No Return, No Refund on these Items. They are Sold As Is, All Sales are Final.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and at this time products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We generally ship thru USPS. A tracking number will be provide through email. We do not replace, nor offer refunds for lost or stolen items once the package leaves the facility and arrives at destination for any deliveries. Customers will be notified of expected delivery for Local Delivery Option. At that time customer can leave special delivery instructions if someone is not available to sign for delivery. 

Turn Around Time (TAT)

Sedona Original strives to ship orders within 1-2 business days. During special promotions and trade shows orders may require more time for fulfillment. No changes can be made to the order once it has shipped. No changes can be made to special orders once the order is in production.

Parties

  •  2.5 Hours Session. ***Additional time is charged in 30 min increments of $25.00.***
  • Please Note: Each Party is specifically tailored to number amount of participants. We do not issue refunds or credits for no shows in party.
  • Prices do not include tax. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
  • Typical parties are Two and Half Hours in length. Payment in Full is required to book your party.
  • Parties canceled prior to 14 days before the event will be refunded minus $25 booking fee in the form of a credit to the Sedona Original Art online store. Parties canceled within 14 days of event will forfeit Payment. 

Loyalty Rewards

Membership & Eligibility The Loyalty Reward Program (“Program”) is a free rewards program offered by Sedona Original Art (“Sedona”) to its customers located in the U.S. Membership to the Program (“Membership”) is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sedona and its affiliates are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions. You must be age 16 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible for Membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation.

BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AGREES) TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A BEAUTY INSIDER.

Earning and Redeeming Program Rewards All members are automatically members upon enrollment.

Under the Program, for every U.S. dollar spent on Sedona merchandise online at www.sedonaoriginal.com you will receive 1 Loyalty Reward point as an member when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your Loyalty Rewards account. We also offer bonus points events from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply in lieu of these point thresholds. For example, if we had a 3x points offer on a particular product, a member would get 3 points for every U.S dollar spent instead of the usual 1 point (as applicable).

Any reference to “merchandise” or the value of “merchandise” in these Terms for purposes of collecting points includes all Sedona products sold online. It does not include special Sedona classes, taxes, shipping, or any IArt/ Subscriptions.

You can view your current point balance, as well as any point activity in your Loyalty Rewards account. To view your Loyalty Rewards balance online, simply log in to your online account.

Points may be redeemed for Rewards to be determined by Sedona in its sole discretion. Rewards are typically products available in stock. Members are eligible to redeem a Reward if you have enough points in your account for that specific Reward. The retail value of the Reward does not count toward Sedona’s shipping threshold. Rewards can only be redeemed online.

Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for Rewards. Sedona may, in its discretion, allow points to be redeemable for other items of merchandise from time to time. However, points are never redeemable for cash, subscriptions, or for classes held for or by Sedona.

The Loyalty Rewards Points Offers Sedona may offer Rewards through the Loyalty Rewards Program in exchange for a certain number of accrued points ranging from 50 points to 100,000 points from time to time and at its sole discretion. When logged into your Loyalty Rewards account, you can add Rewards to your online basket from the Loyalty Rewards or during the checkout process. The Loyalty Rewards offers are for a limited time, while supplies last, and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities of each Reward are limited and client must be a registered Loyalty Rewards member in order to redeem Loyalty Rewards offers. You must have the sufficient number of Loyalty Rewards points available at time of redemption. Points will be deducted at time of redemption.

Rewards available for redemption in store do not require a merchandise purchase. Loyalty Rewards points will be re-credited if a Reward valued from 750 points to 100,000 points is cancelled or no loner available by Sedona.

Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be sold, returned or exchanged for points, cash. Sedona is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Rewards. Sedona is not responsible for any taxes incurred by members or guests. Rewards can only be redeemed online at www.sedonaoriginal.com . Employees of Sedona are not eligible to redeem any Rewards valued from 750 points to 100,000 points. Rewards are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by Sedona in its sole discretion at any time. See specific Reward offers for any additional terms and conditions.

Rewards can be redeemed online with a purchase of additional merchandise from Sedona or without a purchase.

Rewards are available with point redemption on a first-come first-served basis while supplies last and substitutions by Sedona may occur. Quantities of each Reward are limited. If your online order is not completed during the same visit, the Rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem a Reward during checkout. In the event a Reward arrives damaged, you received the wrong one, or one is missing from your order, please contact Sedona customer service via email at sedonacustom@gmail.com. Otherwise, Rewards may not be returned or exchanged.

Point Expiration It’s our hope that you redeem your points on a regular basis. All unredeemed points shall expire when a program member has not engaged in point activity associated with that membership account (through purchase or redemption) for 12 months or more. If you have questions regarding the date of your last point activity or your last purchase, you may email Customer Service at sedonacustom@gmail.com call 1-765-415-2234 for more information.

In addition, points will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled for reasons further detailed in Section 7.

Agreeing to Sedona’s Privacy Policy & Email Sedona values your privacy. BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AGREES) TO BE BOUND BY SEDONA’S PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE. Communications with Sedona By submitting an application for Membership in the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Sedona. By signing up to join the Program, you will automatically be subscribed to receive Program emails.

Opting Out of Communications with Sedona If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by updating your client profile at www.sedonaoriginal.com or by emailing Customer Service at sedonacustom@gmail.com or by calling 1-765-415-2234.

Changes, Termination And/Or Removal From Program Sedona may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Sedona website.

YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES.

Sedona reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program or remove points from a member’s Loyalty Rewards in its sole but reasonable discretion. In particular, any abuse, manipulation or “gaming” of the Program or its rules (as determined by Sedona), failure to follow any terms of the Program, Membership inactivity for more than 24 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Sedona not otherwise protected by law may subject members to Membership revocation or deduction of points obtained through these abusive or manipulative activities and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any points in your account will automatically expire. Sedona reserves the right to make changes to its Web site and these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.

Limitations of Liability

SEDONA ORIGINAL DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, MISREPAIR OR MISAPPLICATION OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CHANGES TO OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM. ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. SEDONA ORIGINALS’ LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.  THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL  BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILLINGLY AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WILLINGLY AGREES) THAT YOU HAVE RELINQUISHED YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK THESE DAMAGES FROM SEDONA AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, YOU AND SEDONA AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
